Malnutrition is a common bad condition that results from consumption a diet in which one or more nutrients are either not enough or are too much such that the diet causes health problems so Well-nourished Mothers and children have resistant to disease   in case when disease outbreaks occur, nutrition services come under strain. AYUUB has stood up to serve malnourished children and Mothers since 2005 to overcome malnutrition in lower Shabelle region. From 2005 to date, AYUUB has successfully reached to serve millions of suffering U5 children and malnourished pregnant and lactating women in Lower Shabelle. AYUUB collaborated with MoH, UNICEF, WFP and SHF to manage malnourished patients from vulnerable communities who cannot have an access to nutritious food forever.
